inside the studio

Formula proudly offers state-of-the-art equipment. The studio is home to 12 high-performance Woodway 4Front treadmills which line the north wall. Across from the Woodways are 12 Fitbenches which hold dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, and resistance bands. Mirrors stretch across the walls, allowing our clients to focus on their form during their workouts. Our multicolored LED lighting is the final touch. It illuminates the room while the ceiling lights are turned off, setting the mood for our fast-paced, high-energy classes.

owner operated and designed

Jason and Ann designed every aspect of the studio. The location was previously a warehouse with an industrial loading dock whose dimensions were ideal for their vision of the space. It was gutted, restructured, and a new garage door was installed along with unique decorative touches that give Formula a singular atmosphere. 

showers and bathrooms

Formula's clients have access to two showers and two bathrooms. Our showers are equipped with GHROE shower heads and we take pride in offering natural EO (Essential Oils) French Lavender shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotions and hand soaps. Look good, feel good!

Plenty of Parking

Parking is available in the back lot to the left of the studio, on 10th Street, or in the Washington Park lot.
